Xinyida Completes Factory Acceptance Test for Three Grinding Workstations for Ziemann Holvrieka

Anhui Xinyida has successfully completed the manufacturing, assembly, and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of three customized cylindrical grinding workstations for Ziemann Holvrieka, a Germany-based tank and process technology company.

The equipment will be delivered to Japan for installation and commissioning at the customer's production site.

Customized Grinding Solution

Based on the customer's production requirements, Xinyida's engineering team developed the equipment configuration and grinding solution accordingly.

The project involved the manufacturing and assembly of three complete grinding workstations, together with grinding heads, electrical control systems, and related auxiliary equipment.

The entire production process was carried out at Xinyida's own manufacturing facility, covering machining, assembly, electrical installation, commissioning, and final testing.

Factory Acceptance Test

Before shipment, the three workstations underwent a comprehensive Factory Acceptance Test.

During the FAT, the equipment operation, abrasive belt speed, electrical parameters, air pressure, grinding functions, and other key operating conditions were checked and verified.

The equipment parameters were also adjusted and optimized based on the test results to ensure reliable operation before shipment.

For international projects, Xinyida considers factory testing an important step before overseas installation. A thorough FAT helps reduce potential issues during site commissioning and provides a smoother transition from factory production to customer operation.

From Factory Delivery to Overseas Commissioning

Following the successful completion of the FAT, the equipment is being prepared for shipment to Japan.

The next stage of the project will include on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training.
