一、The after-sales service provided by our company

2.Replacement service: For products within the replacement period, if there are quality problems caused by the manufacturer's reasons, users can request our company to replace them free of charge (with warranty treatment for appearance damage).
3.Warranty service: For products within the warranty period, if there are quality problems, users can contact our company or entrust a distributor to provide warranty service.
4.Repair service: During the repair period, if there are quality problems with the product, the user can contact our company or entrust a dealer to request repair service.

二、If there are any quality problems with the product under normal use from the date of purchase by the user:

1.The whole machine comes with a three-month replacement guarantee, a one-year free warranty, and lifetime limited maintenance.
2.Free one-year warranty for damaged components (18 months for mechanical structural components).

Pay attention to:

1.The purchase date shall be based on the date of the purchase invoice (if there is no purchase invoice, the production date shall prevail).
2.Our company does not assume after-sales service obligations for products without barcodes or serial numbers.
3.The replacement and warranty services are only valid for general use: all damages caused by human factors (such as disassembly by the user, improper connection, connection of inappropriate voltage power supply, failure to use according to the instructions, etc.), damages caused by transportation and other accidents, force majeure such as natural disasters, repairs and modifications not approved by our company are not covered by the replacement and free warranty; Repair services will be charged appropriately.
