The Xinyida Stainless Steel Tank Surface Polishing Machine (Model: XYD-1HH-3000) is specially designed for tanks and pressure vessels with a diameter of 800mm to 3000mm. It supports semi-automatic grinding and polishing of both the inner and outer surfaces. By using a combination of multi-stage abrasive belts and polishing wheels, the machine can achieve surface finishes from matte to bright to mirror, with surface roughness Ra controlled below 0.2μm.
