There are many types of polishing wax. How do we distinguish them and choose them? The purpose of polishing is usually determined by the polishing effect and the material of the polishing product. In the initial polishing process, ordinary white wax is generally used for stainless steel, yellow wax or red wax is used for zinc alloy and aluminum alloy, and purple wax or blue wax is used for 304 stainless steel. Green wax is generally used for fine polishing. If the requirements are relatively high, you can use No.5 small white wax.

3、 In the process of automatic polishing, we often encounter the problem of product adhesion.

Irregular products may fall off if polished without fixtures, which can have a significant impact on the efficiency of polishing production. For example, when using a flat polishing machine for small flat products, it is necessary to install fixtures on the workbench of the flat polishing machine. Generally, flat products can use vacuum fixtures, while iron products can use magnetic fixtures. However, the manufacturing of fixtures usually requires customization based on the shape of the polished product. In the design process of the polishing machine, it is important to coordinate as much as possible to ensure compatibility between the fixture, machine, and product.
