Spreading safety culture and publicizing safety knowledge

      Accidents and injuries occur when equipment, machinery, raw materials and the operating environment are in contact with the “human” side. Dangerous factors of things are called unsafe states, and dangerous factors of people are called unsafe behaviors; when things are in unsafe states and people are in unsafe behaviors, safety accidents and injuries may occur. Safe operations require, first and foremost, strict adherence to operating procedures and related operating guidelines in order to carry out all operations in a safe, efficient, high-quality and rational manner. This session focused on understanding the following three areas:

First, forklift safety operating procedures

1, start to check the surrounding people and obstacles, the first horn, after the start

3, forklift lift, next to the 1-meter range is strictly prohibited to stand people

4, prohibit sharp start, sharp brakes, sharp turns

7, after stopping, don't put the fork suspended in the air, the fork is strictly prohibited to stand under the people!

 

Second, traveling safety regulations

1、When starting the truck, we should first observe the surrounding people and obstacles.

2, the operator must be mentally focused, no phone calls, listen to music or do other things

3, the lifting of heavy objects can not exceed the rated load of the crane

4, it is strictly prohibited all the skewed hanging, binding is not secure situation

5, the goods are not allowed to hang in the air for a long time

6, the goods being lifted below and near the range of 1 meters is strictly prohibited to stand people

 

Third, the fire operation safety regulations

1, before the fire operation, must be strictly in accordance with the safety regulations for safety inspection, the possible risk factors to assess, eliminate sources of danger, to ensure safety.

2、The place of fire fighting operation should be at the obvious sign of fire fighting equipment and safety facilities, and meet the safety requirements.

3、Before starting the fire operation, flammable and explosive materials and flammable and explosive gases must be removed to prevent accidents.

4、When starting the fire operation, a person must be assigned to supervise the work to ensure safety and prevent fire or other accidents.

5、After the completion of the ignition operation, the safety must be checked to prevent the occurrence of fire or other accidents.

6、special operators must be licensed.

 

       Safety awareness begins with our attention to the value of life and the recognition of the fragility of life, and is the starting point to ensure that we operate safely every day. With this safety awareness, we can achieve the goal of safe operation by not harming ourselves, not harming others and not being harmed by others.

2  skillfully master the knowledge and skills of their own jobs, in accordance with the provisions of the operation. Emphasize the harmony and friendly cooperation with work colleagues, to avoid the unpleasantness of work and life affect their work mood and state.

3  through a variety of hobbies and physical exercise to convert their emotions.

4  when unwell, timely treatment, to report to the superior in order to adjust the workload or change the work position, and try to rest as much as possible.

5  don't economize too much on expenses, ensure the necessary dietary nutrition for the human body every day; take good care of your body.
