Operation of stainless steel polishing machine

1. Turn on the main electrical switch;

2. Move the working arm grinding head to the appropriate coordinate position before polishing;

3. Check whether the workpiece is firmly clamped;

4. Slowly open the air control handle to make the grinding head contact the workpiece, adjust the polishing angle, and close the air control handle after ensuring that the working arm can be extended and retracted without obstruction and the cylinder has sufficient floating volume;

5. Adjust each inverter to an appropriate valid value and the pressure gauge to an appropriate pressure range;

6. Start-up sequence: start the turntable first and then the grinding motor, then slowly open the air control handle, control the travel speed of each inverter, and start polishing;

7. Shutdown sequence: When the cylinder is closed without obstruction, close the air control handle or move the working arm to separate the grinding head from the workpiece (to avoid collision between the grinding head and the turntable or workpiece), and turn off each motor and inverter;

8. The operator must wear safety clothing;

9. When the polishing machine is working automatically, the operator must not leave the working area, and must not put any part of the body into the polishing area to avoid injury.
