Floor polishing machine operation

Ⅰ. Structure:

Handle, chassis, motor, wire, electronic switch.

Ⅱ. Procedure:

1. The polishing machine is used to wax and polish the marble floor. To increase the brightness of the floor, the machine needs a polishing machine with a speed of more than 1000 rpm, and use liquid high-speed polishing wax.

2. Check whether the machine body is normal and whether the wax pot nozzle is blocked.

3. Clean the floor to be polished at high speed.

4. Install the white high-speed polishing pad.

5. Turn on the power and adjust the operating handle to a position suitable for you.

6. When turning on the polishing, slightly lift the machine head and lower the machine head when the speed is normal.

7. Spray the polishing pad on the floor, and spray the wax in a mist form (30CM above and below, 80-100CM horizontally).

8. After polishing, clean the floor with a dust mop, and clean the polishing pad and machine in time.

9. Clean the tools as required and place them properly.

Ⅲ. Precautions:

During routine maintenance, pay attention to cleaning the machine regularly, checking the power supply regularly, and oiling regularly.
Warning signs should be placed during work to remind guests or others to pay attention.
During operation, the power cord should be placed on the shoulder to prevent it from falling under the drive plate to avoid accidents.
