The Round Pipe Outer Surface Polishing Machine JY-WY-6M is a high-efficiency polishing equipment designed for stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy pipes. It can process round pipes with a diameter of 76mm–400mm and length up to 6000mm, covering the outer surface, longitudinal welds, and circumferential welds. Equipped with a dual-belt grinding head system, it ensures uniform polishing results and achieves a surface roughness of Ra≤0.3μm, making it ideal for mass production and high-precision surface finishing.
