1. Product Overview

This Internal Surface Polishing Machine (2.5m) is designed for polishing the inner walls of stainless steel cylinders, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and similar round metal workpieces. The system features a moving base, traveling column, and rotating workpiece, enabling complete internal surface coverage with high efficiency.

The polishing head is mounted at the front of the horizontal beam and driven by a motor via coupling. A pneumatic hinge float system at the rear ensures steady contact and adaptive polishing pressure. The beam allows vertical position adjustment via manual jog control, facilitating precise polishing head alignment.
