This Small-Scale Flat Surface Polishing Machine is designed for polishing and grinding the flat surfaces of stainless steel sheets, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic components. It is especially suitable for removing burrs, flash, edges, and oxide layers from components produced by stamping, die-casting, or casting processes. The machine is equipped with automatic left-right swinging and front-back grinding mechanisms, along with an electric vertical adjustment system (150mm stroke) to accommodate varying wheel sizes. A dust suction port is integrated within the wheel guard to reduce environmental pollution. The platform supports workpieces up to 850mm height, and allows 1250mm front-back movement, secured by a clamping plate.
