In April 2017, Anhui Xinyida Polishing Machinery Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with CIMC Enric Food Equipment (Nantong) Co., Ltd., delivering a Huazhong CNC 3-axis (rotating head water polishing) tank integrated machine. This advanced equipment integrates head and cone processing, capable of polishing large workpieces with diameters ranging from 0.5 meters to 4 meters, meeting the high-precision polishing needs of the food, beverage, and chemical industries.

Following delivery, the machine was successfully installed, commissioned, and passed acceptance in one go.
Equipped with an advanced 3-axis CNC system and rotating head water polishing technology, the machine achieves superior surface finish while reducing machining stress and thermal effects, enabling efficient and stable mass production.

This cooperation highlights Anhui Xinyida’s strong capabilities in designing and manufacturing large stainless steel tank polishing equipment, while providing CIMC Enric Nantong with robust support in improving production efficiency and ensuring product quality.
