The ADV702-CX-B2x2 is a high-performance automated grinding system specifically engineered for beer tanks and cylindrical metal containers. It provides a continuous production solution for removing burrs, oxidation layers, and logos, while delivering a professional brushed surface finish.

4-Head Sectional Linkage: The system features 4 grinding heads organized into two units for rough and fine grinding stages, ensuring a seamless one-pass process.

Pneumatic Constant Pressure Floating Tech: Equipped with dual-press rollers and Airtac cylinders, the machine maintains constant contact pressure. A lead-screw limit adjustment allows for precision positioning based on tank diameter and wheel wear.

Servo-Driven Rotary Fixtures: Utilizing wear-resistant nylon fixtures to prevent scratching, the conveyor system is synchronized with XINJE servo motors for precise rotation and movement control.

Fully Enclosed Safety Guard: A robust steel enclosure with tempered glass windows ensures dust containment. All electrical components are CE-certified, and the entire packaging system is non-solid wood, meeting strict international export standards.
